L1 & L2

L1 visa is a non-immigrant visa that leads to green card under a very short time if you are able to qualify.

The L1A visa is for intracompany transferees who work in managerial or executive positions in a company that is located outside the United States. While the L1B visa is for intracompany transferees who work in positions requiring specialized knowledge.

The L2 Visa allows spouses and unmarried children of L1 visa holders to go join them in the US. L2 Visa is also a non-immigrant visa valid as long as the L1 visa holder’s status is valid.

EB-5

US Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors.

Under this program, investors (and their spouses and unmarried children under 21) are eligible to apply for a Green Card (permanent residence).

This visa program requires a minimum investment of $800,000 in a TEA (Targeted Employment Area) through a USA Regional Center project or in a new business directly.
