Grenada as second passport offers a number of benefits including visa-free travel to 146 countries including the China, US, UK, Singapore and others.

It’s one of only three countries in the Caribbean with access to USA bounded by the E-2 Treaty Investor Visa, meaning anyone with significant domicile in Grenada has the opportunity to also reside in the USA.

To qualify for citizenship (passport) of Grenada under the Real Estate Option of the Citizenship-by-Investment Program, an applicant must invest in authorized real estate property with the minimum capital value of $220,000 and government fee of $50,000.
